Terms
Minors under 18 cannot carry out the purchase without parental consent.
Conditions
Normally we deliver all goods within 5 business days. We reserve the right for any errors in the product information. Det Lilla Köksbryggeriet (The Little Kitchen Brewery) does not compensate for any delays. We currently ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Our shipment is through Posten MyPack in Sweden. This means that all packages are delivered to the nearest Posten location. The consumer will be notified by text and / or email. Shipments to Norway, Denmark and Finland is through UPS home delivery.

Products and product warranty
All products sold in the store can be used in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland and are compatible with Swedish, norwegian, danish and finnish law.
We follow the consumer protection law and have a six month warranty on all products. In cases where manufacturers offer longer guarantees - one year for example - of course this longer warranty period applies. The product warranty does not apply to accidents, abnormal use of products, or failure to follow maintenance and service instructions.
Return policy
According to the law pertaining to distance contracts and agreements outside of the business premise, the consumer has the right to return a purchase within 14 days. The return policy is not always valid, however; see full list below. When using the return policy, the consumer will pay for the shipping (160 SEK for Sweden and 250 SEK for Norway, Denmark and Finland). The cost of shipping is what the consumers originally paid for the shipping costs.
If the product in question is unused and is returned in its original condition, the cost of the product will be paid back to the consumer. If the product has been used or altered, this will determine the value of the product and how much the consumer will get the back of the total cost.
To use the right of return policy, the consumer has 14 days from the time of delivery to contact the Köksbryggeriet i Roslagen AB (Kitchen Brewery in Roslagen AB) and then 14 days to return the goods or send proof of return.

Exchanges
If you have a change of heart, any exchanges of goods are considered regretfully purchased and can be exchanged. The easiest way to exchange a product is to contact one of our sales reps at order@koksbryggeriet.se.
Reclaims
The consumer has, within three years of purchase, the right to return a product or service if the goods or services deviate from the agreement or the law. Within the first 6 months of the purchase, our product warranty is valid, or the seller must prove that the defect or damage is not from the product originally. When it has been more than 6 months after the purchase, it is the consumer who must prove that the defect or damage is originally from the product. The goods must be reclaimed “in a reasonable timeframe ” after the discovered damage. Two months is the recommended timeframe. If the reclaim is approved, the consumer will be compensated for any shipping and handling.
Transportation damages
We work hard to ensure your items are wrapped well so that no transportation damages will occur, but if the article is damaged upon delivery, the consumer must communicate this immediately. Notify us prior to returning your product.
If you want to return a product
For a quick and easy process, contact us first by emailing order@koksbryggeriet.se if the return policy and product warrenty is still valid. Same goes for any trabsportation damages.
Unclaimed orders
If the consumer does not claim their product so that it is returned to us unopened, the consumer will be charged any shipping costs involved (ca 120 SEK for Sweden and 300 SEK for Norway, Denmark and Finland) along with freight charges. If the consumer wants the order reshipped, there will be a new shipping cost added, which will match what the consumer originally paid at the time of the first order. If the consumer wants the money back instead of the products at that time, some products from the kit will be excluded from the amount (see the list of items under return policy), as well as shipping costs.
Dispute resolution
When there is a potential dispute between consumer and seller, we recommend that you turn to the Public Consumer Complaints Board ("Allmänna reklamationsnämnden"). We follow the guidelines and recommendations issued by the Consumer Agency ("Konsumentverket") and gurantee that we, during any disputes, will follow the Public Consumer complaints Board's decision.
Refund
Repayment will be made within 14 days of the time the consumer cancels an order or makes a complaint, provided we have received the goods or received proof of return.
Bill pay
When you select bill pay as your payment method, Klarna will be handling the payment process and the amount must be paid to their account, not the Kitchen brewery in Roslagen AB. If the payment is late, Klarna will charge a reminder fee including interest rates.
VAT deduction
FOr sales to VAT registered companies in Denmark, Finland and other EU countries, the Swedish VAT tax is deducted from the original prices. A valid VAT number is required for this.
Delivery times
The stated delivery time is the normal time it takes from when your order is placed until the day of delivery. If the delivery time should happen to exceed 30 days, you are entitled to cancel your purchase.
Purchase Agreement
A purchase contract is made between the seller and the consumer once an order is placed on the web shop. The consumer must be 18 or older to enter into a purchase contract.
Personal information
We handle personal data in compliance with the PDA (Personal Data Act). They are used exclusively for us the seller, so that we are able to fulfill our commitment to deliver goods to the consumer and to monitor the quality of our service.
Payment liability
By clicking the box ”I have read and agree to the seller's conditions of sales and accept that the purchase involves a payment liability.” The consumer accepts all the conditions above and is therefore responsible for the payment once the order has been completed.
Shipping costs
Det Lilla Köksbryggeriet charges a flat shipping fee for swedish customers of 79 SEK regardless of product. For Norway, Denmark and Finland the shipping cost is depending on the weight and size of the shipment.
Terms of payment
Credit Card (with no extra charge) With us you can choose either bill pay or card payments through Klarna (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). All information is encrypted (128-bit SSL) so that no information about your card can be read by someone other than your bank. For Denmark payments goes through Klarna Faktura.
Pricing
All prices on koksbryggeriet.se include statutory VAT tax. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Force Majeure
We are exempt from penalty of failure to perform certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due to the circumstances below, and if the circumstances hinder, impede or delay the performance. A liberating factor would be a government action, failed omission, revised or amended legislation, conflict on the labor market, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage or accident of a greater kind. In force majeure, government decisions are included that will affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions, warnings and bans, etc.
